TRACK LIGHTING ASSEMBLIES

Track Attachments

There are two types of tracks that are used in track lighting. The attachment method to the track will vary slightly for each type.

Feed Kit Mounting

Track Feed Kits can be setup to have a mounting point come right off the center of a J-Box or can be all Non-Feed Kits with the purchase of the cord and strain reliefs separately to take the cord up one of the cables to a J-Box mounted nearby in the ceiling. The conductors typically must be 14 or 12 Gage as the wire must be sized the same as Branch Circuit.
